Eating a half of one before each meal or drinking three glasses of grapefruit juice a day will keep your insulin levels down and also your weight!

Even if you do not care to eat any of these foods by themselves, just having the ingredients and being able to piece them together to make a fabulous meal is a great start to a “miracle” diet and a fabulous new you!
